Track shared audience fit, qualified introductions, response reliability, joint activity, and ownership clarity. Define evidence for each score.
Add context
Record what the partner understands, where handoffs fail, and what customers say. Numbers without context reward noisy activity.
Choose a decision
Continue, test a motion, repair the handoff, pause, or close. The assistant prepares evidence; the owner decides.
Define scores with examples
“Strong fit” means the partner reaches a relevant segment and explains its problem accurately. “Reliable handoff” means context, consent, and ownership are clear. Write low, medium, and high examples to avoid logo-counting.
Turn score into motion
If fit is strong but referrals stall, repair intake. If relevance is weak, narrow or pause. Record decision, owner, action, and review date, plus qualitative customer context. Complete a partnership review scorecard using evidence from the agreed period, not impressions from the latest conversation. Separate sourced opportunities, delivered value, response reliability, and unresolved commitments, with an owner for each gap.
Discuss the scorecard with the partner lead and record continue, change, or pause with a reason. Keep disputed figures visible until both parties identify the source of truth rather than averaging incompatible numbers.
